I've loved playing chess since I was a kid. In my teens I read a book on opening moves. Playing in person always depended on who I was hanging with at the time. That meant that I played frequently for awhile then life would change and no chess partner or no time. I play for fun and enjoy discovering moves in each game. I think the first game with someone is always the best; win or lose. At the beginning of that game there is 100% potential that I am about to see something new to me.
