I'm from Belarus, currently living on west coast. Usually I move frequently, as I become addicted more and more. Mostly I don't claim timeout wins, not because I'm a nice person, but because I hate getting undeserved victories. Sometimes I can claim a victory if I feel my position is stronger.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
