What is Blitz Chess?

Blitz Chess is a type of chess wherein each player has a set amount of time to complete all their moves. This time control is usually five to ten minutes for each player, although it can be as low as one minute (often referred to as Bullet chess). Due to the tightened time constraints, players must think and make decisions more quickly, leading to a faster-paced and often more intense game.
