What is Draw?

A draw in chess is a situation where a game ends in a tie. This can happen under several conditions. Firstly, if a player is not in check but cannot make a valid move, the game is a draw due to stalemate. Secondly, if the same exact board position is repeated three times, a player can claim a draw. Thirdly, if fifty consecutive moves have been made without any pawn movement or any capture, a player can claim a draw. Fourthly, a draw can be claimed if it's impossible for either player to checkmate, such as when there's only a king left for both sides. Finally, both players can agree to a draw at any time during the game.
