Dump the ladder

Clans

clan challenges are fun for the most part
but when only a handful of clans are able to compete for the top spot
why have it?
at the very least have a 2 ladder clan ranking structure
one for clans with 11-20 members and clans with 10 or fewer
let the big clans fight it out
and give the smaller ones something to fight for
this way even the smaller clans would have the opportunity to become as corrupted as the big boys

There are two ways of dealing with people who can't swim: 1) teach them to swim, or 2) drain the pool. Take yer pick.

In regards to Lemondrop I'd prefer to use the dark ages method of detecting whether he is a witch or not.

Tie weights to him and throw him in a deep river. If he floats then by George.......he is a witch. Fish him out, tie him to a stake and burn him. If he sinks and doesn't surface................NEXT!.................Bring out McTayo !!!

I'd forgotten the laws regarding the dumping of toxic waste into our waterways.

We'll be sure to clean him off in a vat of hydrochloric acid first.

Technically there is a third option....let them drown.

I think there may be a third way! Throw them into the pool and they quickly learn to swim. The art of being the most successful and prolific clan leader in the history of internet chess may be summed up in the following phrase attributed to Botvinnik, chess cannot be taught, it can only be learned. It is the same with being a clan leader.

You're off the deep end--you got that bit right.
