lentils and chickpeas Crusty old bean. also unfiltered beer which contains proteins from the malted barley, all natural protein. Infact some vegan sportstars get all the protein they need from whey.

The average rating difference is about 120 points between Easy Riders and Anti-Metallica.
In favor of Easy Riders !!

The challenge will pass the site edits and thus break no rules.

But any clan leader with common sense will reject this challenge and toss it back over the fence at Easy Riders.
With a comment something like "you've got to be kidding !!"

Now we wait and see what Anti-Metallica does with this challenge. 😀

I don't figure anything and I will not be subject to your made up narrative. We accept and issue challenges like any other clan. How you have gotten away with making up your own rules and attempting to hold people to your made up rules is the real story of 2016 and I hope Russ puts a stop to you .
