So there's a difference between genuine recruitment of new players to replace those that have genuinely left the clan for good ... and finding a way to 'rotate' ....
Take the Bads .... they have 5 players leaving and 20 players signed up ...... if my maths is correct that's 25 players currently contributing .... however, I am 100% sure @Vespin has just had a genuine clearout and and taken on some 'new blood' ... which is fair enough
I guess there is an argument for limiting to 20 including leavers, but that isn't the case currently, and I think it would be easy to spot if rotating was taking place ...

If a player leaves a clan, the leader can recruit a new player.
And you can more than 20 players playing clan games. So what ???
Those extra players can just as easily lose their games.
I also recall that this issue came up because you whiners brought it up !!
When you were all grasping at just about anything you could to have a collective grievance fest over every time Metallica won another title.
