1000-1100 players who don't play very many games come and go and aren't even missed.

A player that plays many games a year and wins over 100 games per year do make a difference, believe it or not! 🙂

Clan members can make or break a Clan, that is the part you have a problem understanding.

You tell me that after the gooster has won as many games for the clan as I have in the past 12 going on 13 years. Never mind, we both know that isn't going to happen.

The gooster appears to be your hero, you look up to him or down at him depending on your position? 😉 😛

I have 1590 wins and counting as I 'll be trying to win all the challenges I can on the way out the the door to put me over the 1600 wins mark. Trust me when I tell you many members are still years away from that amount of wins.

Metallica isn't the clan it once was, we have already lost too many loyal dedicated players in my opinion. Of course as you well know, I have one foot out the door.
