Whoop tee doo, a single person with my surname was born in France.

The top right bit looks like French Guiana.

OK, so immediately after posting this, I decided to look up my Italian surname in the Sicilian city from which my family originated. I figured it must be as common there as Lopez is in Tucson, so I googled it. The second entry on the list was a book that looked interesting, so I clicked the link to Amazon.com. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was a book written by my father's sister! So I sent the link to my siblings and father, and then decided to read more. It turns out that (according to the blurb, but not according to my father), the book is a non-fiction story of the family. I got the book and finished it Saturday. Fascinating. But I never would have found it, had I not first happened upon this thread!

If it weren't for rhp I wouldn't do drugs or look up porn. We all get something different from the site don't we?

Close. Those are the departments around Paris - it's an expansion of the bit surrounded by 77, 78, 91, 95.

The ones across the bottom are French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Corsica.
