A clan bug

A player has requested to join my clan yet does not appear for me to accept or decline. I have checked settings and in theory she can join but she does not even appear but i got notifications to say she had requested...why is this? she is a subscriber.

Has she requested to join then left before you accepted her? This has happened to me once.

nope...we tried three times...she really wants to join. it is her account that is messed up.

no she just had a corrupt account. i have no barriers for masquerading i am affraid....russ has not created them yet
