Apostrophe quoting bug

There seems to be a bug in the personal game notes. An example was where I had recorded the text: King's Indian, Next move this became King\'s Indian, then King\\\'s Indian.

I think this might be a general bug in how text areas with preloaded text are handled.

Looks like this bug has been fixed in a recent release.

Yes, this bug was qutie widespread, so I tried to remove them all where I could in one go.
