How About we have a Archive search, so that when we are looking for games we played, we can look by the name of the player instead of going through all the finished games until the lousy little game is found...

If you go to 'public games' you can use the game search feature at the top of the page to do just that. Enter your username and the username of the opponent you are looking for. It will list all games you have played against that person.
