How can you delete games from your archives and how do you move games from the archives to a different folder

You can't delete archived games. It is a permanent record. I am not sure about the second part of your question.

If you go to the "My Games" page you will see a menu option for "My Folders". If you click on this and then "new folder" on the next page, you can create as many folders as you want. On "My Games" you will also see a link to "Manage Games". You need to go to this page and check the box next to the game(s) you want to move, then click "Put In Folder" and select the folder you want.
