Automatic tourney timeouts disabled?

I'm in a tourney with 1 day per move, 0 days timebank. I moved on Aug. 31 and the game has been showing in "My Games" with a skull for four days now. Every day or two I'm prompted to send a reminder, but the game isn't being removed. I know I could claim it myself, but isn't it supposed to happen automatically 2 days after timeout?

Update: I finally won by auto-TO today (the skull had sat there since Sept. 1).
