Avator

UncleAdam was nice enough to make an avator for me (it looks really cool). I made a website for it (through geocities). When I put the link of my avator in my settings, the red x showed for my avator! I tryed this three times, each time the red x showed.....could I please have a little help?!

could you tell us or send me the url of the pic? I guess the mistake must be there.

i don't understand what is wrong with it, its the right size and everything
