How do I block someone?

@Roberttyler

in the browser: Go to the upper right corner and click oin the three bars.
A menue will come out there is a red icon with a cross and the header "my blocked player".
Go there and type in the name of the player you want to block (be sure to do that correctly (e.g. copy the name from your game).

I also reported this under the 'Blocked Players' post below. There needs to be a way of clicking a person's profile page to block them, rather than having to type in a person's name and hoping the system will find it. I've searched for someone that way and the system hasn't found them despite spelling etc all being correct. A simpler process is required in my view.

I've tried this and it just doesn't work, not at all. I don't see to have any way of blocking someone.
There must be an easy way to block a layer, but I can't find a way to do so. There is an "add buddy" in a layer's profile and there should be a "block player" there too.

I'll add a block option directly on the profile as it appears this is wanted.

Otherwise, just find a player anywhere in a table (Player directory or leaderboards, for example) then use the 3 dots ("more" button) and selected Add block/unblock.

@Russ
Yes, that would be helpful because the other described options do not work.
I would also like to find a way for someone's posts not to appear on my page once I've locked them. After all, that's a major reason why I block them in the first place.

Make it easy then to unblock someone at the same position in the profile. Helps the rage blockers who feel they made a mistake 😄

But I agree it could be an easier process altogether.

@FlyingWolf

Block/Unblock has now been added to the full player profile side bar.

It is not possible to block forum posts, only direct interactions ( e.g. new challenges & DMs)

Now possible from the full profile page, and clearly indicated which state you are in too.

I have blocked very few in 18 going on 19 years! I am sure many have blocked me though. 😉

That is interesting coming from an objectionable player
