BUG - Pawn promotion

Hi Russ,

If you move forward a pawn on its promotion square when the checkbox Go to next waiting game after move? is checked, you go immediately to the next waiting game after clicking the move button without having the possibility to choose the promotion piece. It happens to me in the game 257342.

Yes - happens to me too, It remains your go in the game and it makes you promote the pawn when you return to the game next time.

seems that the game's idea of completing a move doesn't match players' expectations when it comes to pawn promotion.

i think this has already been discussed and it's a known bug (or feature?)
