your Homer picture is 144x144 pixels
Forum image MUST be 50x50
So you'll need to find a smaller picture
It seems it does work sometimes, sometimes
not: I have assumed the size is the problem,
though I may be wrong. It is not within the
rules of forum images though

If you visit the picture online and come back it will show up... that is dumb... happens all the time.
