You may want to resize your picture on http://www.pictor.co.il/sty/72196/2019210.jpg
(currently 197 x 188) to 50 x 50 because that's the max size for an avatar in the forum. This will decrease your image size to ~ 10% of its current size + loading your avatar in the forums will be 10 times faster.
