cant move any pieces!!!! HELP

hi people. it wont let me select a piece to be able to move it - can l get some assistance - i have rebooted etc already.

2. Do the piece squares highlight when you click on them?

Hi kewpie on a laptop, nothing highlights at all. From a tablet it is fine, weird!

I've had occasional bouts of that ailment on an Acer tablet, but the PC's never done it to me. Try switching to the legacy board, it's the equivalent of safe mode.
