cant see board and pieces

I am new to this site and am unable to see the board . The outline of board appears but no squares or pieces. Have tried the suggestion to clear
via my browser - firefox - but this does not work. Any suggestions as to how i might overcome this problem - otherwise I am unable to play a game and will need to leave this site.

Please try holding down the Shift and Ctrl keys while simultaneously clicking the refresh button in your browser and see if this helps reload the images.

Can you see the boards on the home page?
