I've been a non-subscribed member for a couple of months or so and will probably soon upgrade to premium as I really like the site. One of the things I'd like to do after upgrade is change my username to something a little less boring than it is. I see that anyone can do this within the first 30 days, and subscribed users can do this once every 365 days. If I have not, as yet, made any change, would it be possible to do this as soon as I upgrade my subscription, or would I have to wait until I've been a member for 365 days?

Thanks for the quick response. I'll go ahead and upgrade. One related thing, does the new name appear on games in-progress at the time of the change as this may confuse some opponents. I've already run down my current games to prepare for a change but I've got two that may go on a while yet.
