I have a guy who has timed out for a whole day plus, yet there is no claim win sign next to his name, no skull. Also no vacation sign. Anybody have any ideas before i report to Russ?

Is it a clan or tournament game? I haven't read anywhere that time outs have been suspended.

take a screenshot of the info page. be sure we can see "last move" and the timeout/timebank settings most importantly.
