Hi,
my oponnent is time out he doesnt move 6 days in 3 days game but i dont see how i can claim a win. Is this has some connection with time bank? Please help me.

Given that the 'claim win' link is not present on the relevant game line you then need to click on the 'info' link on that line which will then display the TO/TB details.

PS Edit; Nobody else on the site (except admin and opponents) can view your game TO/TB details on any of your games

What? It's my understanding that the 'claim win' option is ONLY applicable to TO/TB issues?

There is no new 'claim win' feature above what was there already, just a 'claim draw' option. See the site faq for details...
