Clan challenge timeout

I started a one man clan challenge against someone who has since disapeared.

In the game where i am white, the timebank is 1 day away from zeroing out (3/14), but in the game where he is white there's been no move, not even with the timeout. . . Will i ever get rid of this game from my list and collect the points, or am i stuck with it ?

No you won't be stuck with it, when the time-bank depletes to zero the skull will appear as it always does.
