Clan challenge without being open???

A bunch of clan games were initiated on my behalf even though I was not open to clan challenges, is this a bug?? Can I just abort these games without making the first move or will that hurt my rating??

It won't hurt your rating however it will count as a loss for your clan

...and it will give you a loss in your win/loss statistics. (But your rating will remain the same.)
