Clever RHP tools

Hi,

I'm hoping someone will be able to remind me of where two clever little tools for this site can be downloaded - one for grading calculation, and the other for a systray program that tells you how many games you have waiting. Of course maybe there are other tools I haven't used before; if so please enlighten me!
