Could we have a way to limit numbers in a clan mat

I have 4 in my clan and one player is playing to many games and would not like to play any more but the other three want more games.
When we are challenged or challenge then all 4 members are in and I don't have the option of only having 3 in a match. It would be good to select the number of people to be in a match. If you could.
