How do I decline a game where my opponent made first move w/o asking?

On the 'my games' page there should be a 'delete' icon by the game.
Click that and the game will be deleted as long as the third move has not been made.
Once the icon disappears the delete option is no longer available.

You could mention something on your profile page about your preferences with challanges and why you will or will not accept them.

Unsolicited challenges are commonplace on this site, and such games can be deleted without an apology. The site emails the unsuccessful challenger on your behalf.

You can also go to settings, challenge settings, and set number of games to 0 then you are in control of all challenges, this stops all unsolicited challenges.

It's only there until two moves have been made by each player. After that you only have the option to resign the game.
