A few days ago you advised me about reactivating my 'hohum' account, now that you have changed my 'hohum' email address to the one above.
Clicking either of the links in your two emails takes me to the RHP log-in page and, when I try to get password help after filling in my new email address (jeanapps121@gmail
.com), my password is not emailed to me and I simply get the blank log-in page again. How can I retrieve my password and so log into my account, if the automatic email reminder is not working?
