Do Clan Leagues add to clan points?

No.

Then what is the point other than to win the league? Well, that's a dumb question... obviously none.

Um - yeah - to win the league or for teams in lower divisions to get promoted.

Hopefully the League winners will get some sort of virtual cup displayed on their clan page.
