Do yearly vacation days stack / carry over to the next year on RHP?

Hello, I still have some vacation days left in 2025, but I wanted to know whether they can be used in 2026 as well, or if the ones I accrued this year *must* be used up by the end of this year. Shame we can't cash them out for money like at some jobs, haha.

I am sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but you do not carry over unused days to the next year. The days you use are replaced.

So it's 36 days per year, to use or lose.

Absolutely, GBS.
That doesn't mean that selling your excess vacation days to someone will actually work, but you can certainly sell them.

In all honesty, I doubt that you can sell unused vacation days.

Actually, if cooked properly I quite like tripe. My mum used to “do” a wonderful tripe. Mmmmmm👍 And whilst living on my own, in the early days (early 60s) I lived on chicken livers and Mac n Cheese.
