No.
Either your Opponent accepts and the game Ends directly. Or the Opponent does not and the game continues.
I have suggested to makr draw offers, but People told me, to write it down 😉

When I offer a draw I put it in my Notes box, so that I don't keep asking for a draw in the same game.
