Draw

Why does the site not recognise a draw after the same position three times. I have claimed a draw twice because of this, but it has not been recognised. My obtuse opponent insists on continuing despite the same position after three moves being had on two separate occasions.

First of all it would be nice if you linked the game (or at least gave the opponent), so that epople can see,

Then it is highly improbable that the system would not recognise a three tie repetiton. But I could oly comment if I knew the game.
