I have been trying for the last three days to change my registered
email address in the 'Your details' section of the website.
Change the address, click update (have tried both buttons - middle
and bottom of page) yet each time I recheck my details the old email
address is still shown.
Have tried on half a dozen different computers, home and work and
still no joy. How can I get the change to remain permantly?
