    1. Open your email message.
    2. Copy the text and paste it into a text editor program such as wordpad.
    3. From the text editor, use the 'save as' option and save it as a .pgn file.

    Thanks. Had tried that with Word but they don't offer the option of .pgn, so gave up - too soon!
    Inspired by your message, saved again as RTF with a .pgn extension and it works like a dream. Thank you!

    Thanks. Had been stumped by lack of .pgn option. But inspired by your message I saved it in plain text format but with a .pgn extension and it worked like a dream
