It looks perfectly normal to me. Probably sending feedback (giving the game number) is the only possibility for you here.

It's your opponent's turn to move. What makes you think the game is frozen?

A while ago I'd have answered such:
You did select the Queen, when promoting, I take it ? If you didn't then the system MAY show a Queen but effectively your promoted pawn may well not show that a piece has been chosen.
That WAS the case previous to that particular glitch being sorted...if the time is running down then the game is active !

Anyway, the game has already ended.

I have a frozen game. Both players see checkmate, but the board is expecting my opoponent to move. What can we do? GameId "10425940" Are we both failing to see something obvious or is it in fact checkmate?
