getting every move in my inbox g-mail

how do i stop getting e mail at my g-Mail acct for every move i make here at red hot, i know there's a setting just can't find it, thanks

Click the house icon, top left of page. Next page is 'My Home'. Far top right is 'My Settings'. Next page, unchecked the move notification box under 'Notification Settings'
