I'm a little behind on feedback right now, so apologies about the delay.
Regarding the subscription for your brother, you can do this by purchasing another subscription in your name, then just let us know via feedback who the recipient is so we can transfer it.

Agreed. All the help files need a good review - I'll probably tie this in with the new UI redesign that will be worked on through the summer.
