Got no skulls or claim win .

Hey Russ and posse - I've got a few games where it's opponents move , and time bank is at 0 for them . Am I missing something here , or shouldn't I get the little skull icon and the option to claim the win . Here's a game id , 943071 , check it out for yourselves .

I've got the same problem (game id 1075429). I sent a reminder days ago but haven't got a skull.....what do I do?
