@kewpie saidIt’s been worked out. I was trying to update my billing CC expiry and saw no route to do so. Finally I decided to try registering a new card and that worked.

RHP uses a 3rd party biller where I am. Yours may differ and if so you might not have been able to help. Thanks for engaging the matter.
