Help - Logging on problems

I have deleted cookies and updated my browser settings but I still can not log in dirrectly. I am only here thanks to my email but took many steps to get here.

My computer says at the bottom Done, but with errors on page

A Internet Exployer pop up window says:

***Please help me get this problem fixed. It is hard to make any kind of move looking at the game through a 4 inch window in my email.

So this is the deal in my language. I go to RHP and the red bar across the top that says, My Home, My Settings, New Game, Forums, Community, Help, Coach Pre: 28 games waiting: log out---(This is just missing. All it says is Play Chess and tries to get me to register as if its my first time. I finally went to my email and thanks to a move reminder found a way to get help.

Here is another situation. As I make my moves and go to "My games", The red bar across the top disappeared that shows me how many moves I have left. But when I went to the forums, it came back on. Is that normal or am I getting paranoid 🙂 !

Ok, now it wont let me make any moves. So I am really stuck now. I am afraid I will not be able to get back online to even respond. If you don't hear from me soon please tell/ask Cheshire Cat to call me. He probably could relay some messages and I lost his #. Thanks Again.

No one else has reported problems so I can only assume the problem is unique to you - but I can't be sure.

Can you send a feedback email too. It doesn't matter what content, just put your name in it if you want.
