Sir, Can you please help me in joining tournaments on this site. When I am trying to join any tournament, it is asking me to get subscribe first. Can't we play tournaments as free users ?

You can't.
Some Clubs offer torunaments for non-subscribers, which is a lot of work to set up.
You could offer to organise a tourmnament which will make you popular.

You are allowed 6 free concurrent games as a free user, which I think is generous. If you want more then subscribe and support this excellent site.
Tournaments are a privilege of membership.
