Oops! Didn't mean to send that! 😳
The subject was meant to read "Help - Lost User".
I recently created a user for my friend on my computer, and he started playing a few games (his user was "yorksnovice"😉.
Then he changed his e-mail and now he can't log in as it says e-mail not known for both his original and new addresses.
Is there any way for him to recover his user. He could create another, but he'd got a few games on the go.
