me and my chess partner we want to take back a move but i just cant find how and were to do it....who can help us.

You can not take back a move. It is not allowed.

Just start a new game all over again, and copy all moves up to the faulty one, and there you move as you would like to do.

It would be a lot quicker to go for the 'set up your own game option' in 'New Game'.

Of course, but then it is not rated anymore.
And if they don't know that they cannot take back a move, I suppose it's hard for them to 'set up your own new game' also.
To start a game all over again, on the other hand, is easy to do, even for a beginner.

Another option (as long as no pawn was moved and no piece was captured) is to move back each, and re-create the board before the unwanted move.

Again, this only works with no captures and no pawn moves since they can not be returned to their position.
