I have an opponent with no time left, but i don't get a deaths'head to claim victory and he still pops up and makes a move every now and then...how is he doing this?
How many days is there for each move?
How much time was given on a time bank?
How much time is left on the time bank?
This person must be moving in the rules, or you would have a skull pop up icon to time him out...

Although the timebank may be exhausted, your opponent still has the timeout period (usually 1, 3 or 7 days) in which to make his moves. Only if he fails to make a move in the timeout period will the skull appear for you to claim victory.
If your opponent is moving regularly, do you really want to claim the win? Just asking.
