How do I claim a win?

Searched a ton of info on the site, not finding a handy "how to do (whatever)" list or link to anything like that. If you can send a link or tell me how (don't need one to the innumerable, inane items that appear searching the "Help" posts), I'd appreciate the assistance.

When an opponent runs out of time, a skull appears in the Actions column on your MyGames page. Click the skull. That's it.
