You could try "send feedback" at the bottom of the page.
You CAN just leave if you want to.

For example, notice that all the banned players still have profiles and games here, but none of them can log in any longer. This is how a terminated accounts stays.

Isnt that a breach of the data protection act if they dont delete your account and details at your request.
