How do I end a game after 6 moves

Player will not play, when I specificly explained it must be a quick game...1hr at most....how do I end this and how do I find people will will make moves quicker than an hour at a time? Thanks for any help.

after 6 moves all you can do is wait untill he/she is timedout ...

hey...i know the feeling....in general fast movers are at the top end of the month map.
If you are not a chess geneous like me i welcome live games anytime.
