You should not assume a moderator will see it just because you posted something in the forum. I doubt that they have time to read every single post placed here.

Clicking the 'alert moderator' link at the bottom of a post will bring that post to their attention.

If your problem does not involve a post or thread, then you should send a feedback, which will go to the site administrators.

Maybe not mods,but this is the help and ideas forum,I would assume that russ and chrismo check this forum more or less on a daily basis.
